Seriously? That sucks babe. Why would people steal scripture? That is like stealing from a church/temple/mosque you would think even criminals would be above that. Sheesh
That is unbelievably low! I can honestly say that no matter where I've lived people have always left my mezzuzah alone - Even in Vallejo, CA - not exactly the most crime free area in the US.
