Inaugural Post
Something in my grant writer/project manager's mind is urging me to start this blog out with an ambitious statement of purpose and scope for this blog.
The purpose of this blog is to allow the writer an outlet for her creativity aside from the grant proposals and propaganda she writes on a daily basis.
The scope of this blog shall include knitting and general kvetching.

I feel honored to be the first one to comment on your blogsite. It sounds like your knitting is getting the most of your time. Last night I was at a cafe in downtown Wheaton, and there were around 6 or 8 girls just sitting around and knitting, talking, and carrying on... I couldn't help but laugh inside. I'm sure they were having a hoot of a time. I enjoyed my coffee.
